Kim Rose
Property Manager
Originally from Rhode Island, Kim moved to Lynchburg in 2001 to attend Liberty University. Kim enjoys her role as the business manager for Pinnacle Real Estate and Pinnacle Properties, handling many tasks and managing the company’s rental properties. She is a mother of three wonderful children and enjoys reading, hiking, and playing board games.
Chloe Bingham
Assistant Property Manager
Chloe is originally from Maryland and has been living in the Lynchburg area since 2014 when she came to attend Liberty University. She enjoys her role in helping people both find the perfect home to live in and enjoy their time living in the home. Chloe truly delights in interacting with people from their initial tour to their move out! She and her husband enjoy hosting friends and playing games. Chloe also enjoys running and reading.
Matt Durand
Real Estate Specialist
Matt, one of the founders and owners of Pinnacle Properties, has been a licensed Realtor since 2012 and loves working with both buyers and sellers! He especially enjoys listening to the needs of his clients, understanding them, and working hard to help them achieve their goals in either buying or selling a home. Matt has lived in Lynchburg most of his life and loves it! He is married to Kristin and they have three children.
